This fully equipped and tastefully furnished villa is available for rentals from one to a maximum of eight months. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It consists of beautiful gardens on different levels, a separate pool area all with amazing views to the mountains and the surrounding area. The house is situated in a well-maintained part of pinos de Alhaurin. There’s air conditioning, an automatic gate, a covered drive with enough parking space for at least two cars and a security system in place. Internet included. The owner will look after the garden and the pool during your stay. Electrical bills and a contribution to the water bill will come on top. Water is heated with a solar system.
€ 2,500 until June and then if continuous rental 3,000€ during the summer or if only € 3,500 July-September then 3,500€ a month.
