The finca is about 10 minutes outside of Coin in the countryside near the Rio Grande in a quiet rural location with good access. The house is one of two next to each other which can be rented separately as a two bedroom finca with its own pool and private entrance, although the drive is shared with the other house. The house is very well laid out with the shady covered front terrace, summer kitchen and pool at the entrance, and inside the house has a lounge with wood burning fireplace, a galley kitchen and two double bedrooms. At the back of the house is another shady terrace and small back garden. The house comes furnished or not as required. The owner asks for two months’ security deposit.
